Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.
Sa Fabrica was originally a textile factory and is stooped in village history as one of the biggest employers of the village, entire families used to work at Sa Fabrica. The building is magnificent, it was split into four dwellings by my mother and her partner, they kept this one as their home and show pad.
The village of Soller is in the bottom of the valley and the views from the house of the mountains surrounding are stunning.
Soller is a beautiful village with great eateries, shops, markets and crazy traditions, parks and activities for persons of all ages to enjoy.
The house is far enough from the square not to hear noise but makes it a doddle to get to the noise!
Ideally you will arrive by taxi or train (we love a bit of environmentally friendly travel!) and not require a hire car, however there is space to park one car in the garage or lots of bikes
